CNC Machining
Precision CNC turning and milling — from 3-axis prismatic parts to simultaneous 5-axis machining of complex geometry. We machine metals and engineering plastics to tight tolerances with fine surface finishes, all inspected in-house before dispatch.
What CNC machining gives you
Tight tolerances
Holding fine tolerances and tight feature-to-feature accuracy across single and multi-axis setups.
Fine finishes
Machined surfaces with excellent finish, ready for secondary treatments and coatings.
Metals & plastics
Aluminium, steel, stainless, brass, copper, titanium and engineering plastics — all in-house.
Inspected in-house
Every part is inspected before dispatch. Not right? We'll make it right.
Our CNC processes
Four complementary processes covering everything from simple turned parts to simultaneous 5-axis geometry.

CNC Turning
Cylindrical & rotational parts
CNC turning produces cylindrical parts by rotating the workpiece against a single-point cutting tool. It is the go-to process for shafts, bushings, fittings and any rotational part — from one-off prototypes to production runs.
- CNC lathes with driven tooling
- Shafts, bushings, threads & tapers
- Concentric features and fine surface finishes
- Internal bores, grooves and parting-off

CNC Milling
3-axis prismatic machining
3-axis CNC milling removes material from a fixed workpiece using a rotating cutter that moves in X, Y and Z. The workhorse for brackets, plates, housings and complex prismatic parts with pockets, slots and holes.
- 3-axis vertical machining centres
- Pockets, slots, holes and profiles
- Flat faces and prismatic geometry
- Tapped holes and surface treatments

CNC Milling 4 Axis
Indexed multi-side machining
4-axis milling adds a rotary (A) axis so the part can be indexed to machine multiple faces in a single setup. This improves feature-to-feature accuracy and cuts setup time for parts with features on several sides.
- Rotary A-axis for multi-side machining
- Multiple faces in one setup
- Improved feature-to-feature accuracy
- Reduced handling and setup error

5 Axis CNC Machining
Complex geometry in one setup
5-axis machining simultaneously controls three linear and two rotary axes, letting the tool approach the part from any angle. This enables complex geometries, turbine and aerospace features and contoured surfaces in a single setup — with fewer fixtures and tighter accuracy.
- Simultaneous 5-axis motion
- Complex contoured & aerospace parts
- Single-setup accuracy
- Reduced fixtures and lead time
